Terms and conditions
1. General These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern all orders placed with Vinyl wishes. By placing an order, you (“the customer”) agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
2. Products & Services We provide custom vinyl printing services, including but not limited to decals, signage, apparel prints, and other vinyl-based products. All products are made to order and may vary slightly in color, size, or finish due to the printing process.
3. Orders Once an order is confirmed, we may begin production immediately. Cancellations after production has started will not be eligible for a full refund. The customer is responsible for ensuring all details (designs, sizes, colors, quantities, spelling, etc.) are correct at the time of order.
4. Artwork & Intellectual Property Customers must ensure they own the rights or have permission to use any artwork, logos, or designs submitted. We reserve the right to refuse any design that infringes copyright, contains offensive material, or violates our policies. All custom designs created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. 5.
Payment Full payment (or agreed deposit) must be made before production begins. We accept payment by bank transfer, paypal or cash. Prices are subject to change without notice but will be honored once an order is confirmed.
6. Production & Delivery Standard turnaround times vary depending on order size and complexity. Estimated completion dates will be provided but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, suppliers, or circumstances beyond our control. Delivery/shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements As products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error. If a defect or mistake is identified, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Replacements or refunds are provided at our discretion after inspection of the issue.
8. Warranty & Liability We are not responsible for damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Vinyl products may have varying durability depending on usage, environment, and surface application. We do not guarantee longevity beyond manufacturer specifications. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
9. Privacy & Data We will only use customer information for the purpose of fulfilling orders and providing services. We will use photos of products for social media & website marketing. Please make us aware if you wish to opt out when ordering. Customer data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law
